We will present all options in a simple manner and happily answer any questions you may have. We’ll provide advice if you’re unsure as it’s important to us that the project spec’s best suit your needs.
Once you approve a quote, we work to get your artwork from you and can provide additional help if files need to be tweaked for production, (a minimal fee may apply). Hardcopy or electronic proofs are provided, depending on your preference and timeline needs. Once the proof is approved, we’ll get the project into production and establish a timeline if a target date is needed. Our typical turnaround for most projects is 5-7 business days from proof sign-off, but if you need something fast-tracked, please advise and we will check to see what is possible.
Upon completion, we work out shipping details with you (sometimes ahead of time if there is special kitting or various drops needed) and get your project on the road to where it needs to go.
Follow-up is important to us as we want to make sure that you’re happy with the end result, so expect a call or email from your rep shortly after your job is complete. If there are every any issues, we address quickly and work to find a solution as soon as possible.
At Direction, we operate as a team so when one person is in a meeting or out of the office, someone else can usually get an answer pretty quickly. No runaround and when you call during business hours, there will always be someone available to speak with you.
